جديد آلة صنع البليت Peletto LH-3000

The Peletto LH-3000 pellet cooling complex is designed to cool pellets and granulates directly after the pelleting process. The unit reduces the product temperature by 55–70 °C, removes excess moisture, and separates dust and fine particles, ensuring high-quality finished pellets that are ready for storage or packaging.

The LH-3000 is particularly recommended for large-scale pellet production lines and feed mills.

The complex is equipped with:

- Stainless steel cooling column
- Aspiration system
- Bucket elevator
- Discharge conveyor
- Drum screen
- Control cabinet with automatic control system

Level sensors activate automatic discharge. A conveyor shutdown indicator increases operational safety.

The complex can be additionally equipped according to the customer's requirements and easily integrated into an existing production line.
