Operation:
Products are placed loose or in trays by the employees onto the infeed conveyor with carriers. This infeed conveyor transports the filled trays/loose products to the infeed control. This infeed control ensures that the filled trays/loose products are taken along by the carriers at a constant speed. These carriers push the trays/loose products into the film. A rotating sealing system performs the seals, and the rotating sealing bars ensure the sealing, cutting and separation of the filled trays/loose products. During this process, a label is also automatically applied to the packaging. The sealed trays/loose products are discharged from the machine via the outfeed belt.
