FPR-16 / 32 / 48 filter

The FPR filter is a frame press from the FPR model range designed for use in the primary filtration stages (after coarse cleaning with a thickener) of pre-pressed or expeller vegetable oils from mechanical impurities (fine grain debris), fine suspensions consisting of cell tissue particles, as well as waxy substances) and bleaching (removal of pigments and heavy metals from oils).
The press filter is used to filter various vegetable oils: sunflower, soybean, corn, mustard, linseed, and many others.
The principle of cleaning oil from mechanical impurities in an oil filter is to filter the oil through a porous layer of filter cloth (“belting”).
The oil filter consists of a set of plates and frames. The surface of the plate is perforated. Filter cloth napkins are placed on the frames.
The plates have holes that form a through channel into which the oil to be filtered is pumped. The oil passes through the plate and the filter napkin placed on the frame. Mechanical impurities remain on the surface of the napkin. The oil passes through the fabric and through the outlet hole of the frame is drained through a special oil pipe into a container for filtered oil.
The plates and frames, with filter napkins placed on them, are pressed against each other using a manual screw clamp.
The plates and frames are located on a frame-type base, which acts as the supporting part of the oil filter.
The vegetable oil is fed for filtration by a pump unit located on the oil filter base.

Any food barrels with a capacity of 1 ton or more can be used for filtration. If desired, the filter itself can be sold without a pump. At the customer's request, we can also sell it with barrels (prices can be found in the “Prices” section) as a ready-made oil purification solution.
